Jayman BUILT, one of Alberta’s top home builders, currently has an opening for a **Mortgage Associate** in Calgary.

Jayman Financial is a division of the Jayman Group of companies, with offices in Calgary and Edmonton. We are a high-volume brokerage house with a current opening for an experienced **Mortgage Associate**on our Calgary team.

As our newest Mortgage Associate, you will have the opportunity to develop business opportunities and relationships within the Jayman BUILT family. Jayman Financial will offer you competitive compensation and an opportunity to work as an independent contractor in a friendly and fast-paced environment.

**What makes this position unique over other brokerages?**
- Qualified referral sources. The successful applicant will be granted exclusive access to Jayman BUILT sales centres
- Relationships are developed internally with our teams in the sales centres. External business and referrals are also supported
- You can continue developing your existing sources while supporting Jayman customers
- Build your book of business and customer reach through our exclusive data bases

**What you bring to the table?**
- Mortgage Associate license through RECA (Real Estate Council of Alberta).
- Thorough understanding of mortgage default insurance and lender guidelines
- Flexibility to work from home, office, sales centres
- Flexible hours but must be available during show home hours (including weekends)
- Energetic passion for customer experience, positive & competitive attitude, and results-oriented
- Desire to be part of a customer’s home building journey
