Sylvan Learning Centre is currently looking to hire passionate teachers who can teach High School Math and Science for our **Burlington** location. The ability to also teach high school English as well as elementary students and FRENCH would be an asset.

This is an excellent part-time position for those starting their career or for teachers who are looking for additional work.

Flexible shifts are available. Our operating hours are Mon - Thurs 4 pm - 7 pm and Saturdays 10 am-12 pm. Must be available at least two weeknights.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 8-12 per week

**Salary**: $17.50 per hour

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Burlington, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (required)

**Experience**:

- teaching: 1 year (preferred)
- Tutoring: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)

Licence/Certification:

- OCT certification (preferred)
