- Menu Expertise: Guide guests in selecting the perfect dishes and beverages, providing insightful recommendations and answering any questions they may have.
- Efficient Order Management: Accurately take food and drink orders and communicate them promptly to our kitchen and bar staff.
- Timely Service: Deliver food and beverages to guests with precision and care, ensuring every detail is just right.
- Guest Engagement: Attend to guests’ needs throughout their meal, from refilling drinks to clearing plates and fulfilling additional requests.
- Menu Knowledge: Showcase your knowledge of our menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and potential allergens to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Upselling: Promote our daily specials, signature cocktails, and unique menu items to elevate the dining experience further.
- Payment Processing: Efficiently handle guest payments, managing cash and credit card transactions with accuracy.
- Clean and Organized: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of tables, dining areas, and server stations to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless communication and exceptional service delivery.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.

**Requirements**:

- Bartending Experience Required: Previous bartending experience is a must, as it will enhance your ability to provide excellent service and knowledge of our drink offerings.
- Previous serving experience in a restaurant or similar hospitality role is preferred.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with a knack for building rapport with guests.
- Strong multitasking abilities and organizational skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Keen attention to detail for accurate order taking and delivery.
- Knowledge of Mexican cuisine and tequila-based beverages is a plus.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $17.20 per hour

Expected hours: 19 - 40 per week
