**Overview**
We are looking to fill a junior sales associate position. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to progress their career in sales and business development. The Junior Sales Representative will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base, fostering relationships, and driving sales growth. Good communication skills and experience with customer service is vital to this role.

**Duties**
- Handle customer quote requests from both retail customers and corporate customers.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand customer needs.
- Assist in developing sales strategies to penetrate new markets and enhance customer outreach.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with senior sales staff to prepare presentations and proposals tailored to client requirements.
- Communicate effectively with clients to negotiate terms and close sales.

**Skills**
- Proficient in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members.
- Ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining positive relationships with clients.
- A proactive attitude toward learning and keeping up-to-date with industry knowledge

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Additional pay:

- Commission pay

**Education**:

- Secondary School (required)

**Experience**:

- Retail sales: 2 years (preferred)
