Our team is currently recruiting for a Parts & Service Co-ordinator

*Key Responsibilities:*
- Negotiate the best value for price, quality and delivery.
- All shipping and receiving for parts and service items.
- Evaluates competitive bids, proposals, prepares written purchasing recommendations and process purchase orders that are accurately and timely.
- Maintain records of goods ordered and received.
- Take care of driver inspections and safety's
- Handle Warranty claims process
- Performs other duties as required by supervisors / managers to keep pace with changes in scope of work.

*Qualifications:*
- 3 - 5 year’s parts and service experience
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work within deadlines
- Problem solving and conflict resolution skills
- Team player
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office
