Medical Device Assembler

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Sort parts for defects and build medical devices (shells and unit assembly) as per on the job training.
- Perform functional testing to test accuracy of production quality requirements against quality control and validate records with test descriptions on manual protocols.
- Troubleshoot any issue of non-conforming items as per manufacturing standards, records and reports any non-conformity.
- Report to the Manufacturing Manager/Supervisor on status of production including results of testing and non-conformity reports on manufacturing equipment, tools, materials, components and devices.

**QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS**
- Completion of secondary school education required.
- Basic knowledge of using measuring and monitoring devices (e.g. calipers, multi meter, oscilloscope).

**PREFERRED SKILLS**
- Attention to detail is required.
- Ability to use light tools (electric screw driver, glue gun etc.).
- Good hand-eye coordination and ability to work with small and delicate parts.
- Effective interpersonal communication skills.

**WORKING CONDITIONS**
- Office & warehouse Environment.
- No travel required.
- Casual dress code.
- Low physical demands.
- Work hours are M-F 9am-5pm including half hour lunch break

**Job Types**: Seasonal, Part-time
Contract length: 1 month

Pay: $17.25-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
