We are hiring a tax preparer.

**Job Description**:

- Fully communicate to clients the procedures, paperwork, and timeframes applicable for tax preparation
- Accurately prepare all paperwork and complete all required data entry according to office policy and procedure

**Requirements**:

- Up-to-date tax knowledge in personal income tax and business income tax for the 2022 taxation year
- Minimum 2 years tax preparation experience.
- Minimum 2 years working experience using Profile Software

**Duties**:

- Accurately input all client information into the tax preparation digital file
- Correctly complete all applicable paperwork for client’s chosen service
- Answer and research to completion all tax questions
- Ability to effectively communicate with CRA
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal & written
- Effective use of time
- Replying to CRA Review Letters and Audit Letters

Additional Hiring Factors:

- Bookkeeping experience is a huge asset in the hiring process
- experience will determine the starting rate of hire

Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 37.5 per week

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay
