We are looking for skilled cooks

Belleville's is a high volume, fast paced kitchen. If you are looking for a supportive place to grow your career and knowledge with possibilities for internal advancement, we are the place. Duties will include preparing mise-en-place, cooking meals, checking ingredients for freshness, and arranging and garnishing dishes. You will also be in charge of ensuring that the kitchen and equipment are properly cleaned and maintained. We are not on Skip the Dishes, Doordash, or any delivery services.

**Responsibilities**:
*Communicate effectively with all departments

*Ensure proper station mise-en-place at the start and end of shift

*Ensure all menu items are prepared to quality standards and sent within a timely matter

*Assist with all aspects of food preparation

*Nightly cleaning and station breakdown

**Salary**: From $21.00 per hour
