**An overview of your future role at BBA**
- Lead and coordinate BBA’s consulting services (25-35 resources) in MV/HV substations and MV/LV electrical installations in industrial environments.
- Coordinate departmental activities, including preparing preliminary studies, detailed design, technical implementation drawings and producing material lists and specifications, while ensuring adequate planning of resources in terms of technical quality and utilization.
- Take on development projects and files to structure the department and the Electrical discipline.
- Actively participate in developing and carrying out the annual operational plan for your discipline.
- Promote creativity and innovation in your department’s methods and the development and use of design tools to maintain a high level of quality.
- Continuously seek to improve tools and methods and keep up to date with market trends in consulting engineering.
- Coordinate and share the management of department activities with team leaders and other department managers in the discipline.
- Oversee the recruitment and hiring of qualified personnel.
- Establish and support training and development activities for members of your department.
- Actively participate in developing the careers and skills of employees in your department.
- Prepare and help produce proposals, studies, reports, plans, designs, cost estimates and specifications.
- Develop and implement market strategies in collaboration with the department’s CAMs, and BBA’s Practice groups and sales teams.
- Monitor development plans in relation to succession plans and skills development.
- Actively participate in business development.
- Manage and organize work meetings.
- Share BBA’s vision and strategic orientations with your team.
- Coordinate the department with other BBA disciplines to ensure support for major projects.

**Overview of certifications and job requirements**
- From 10 to 15 years of experience in consulting engineering, including 5 years in personnel management, or equivalent experience (PL, PM, team leader, etc.)
- Undergraduate or graduate degree in electrical engineering from a recognized university
- Solid understanding of CAD software
- French mandatory and functional English required
