Burlington, Canada Thrive Counselling Full time

Be part of our team that offers a neutral, safe place for children to visit with their non-custodial parent. Some families use the program for onsite parenting time only. Others use the program when the parents are exchanging the children but require the safety of a neutral setting to do so.

**Responsibilities**:

- ensuring the smooth operation of the visit centre
- ensuring that visits and exchanges are safe for all family members
- ensuring that family connections are maintained for the benefit of children
- accurate and thorough documentation
- supervising college level students during their placement with the program

**This is a part time, weekend only position with base hours up to approximately 6 hours per month. The hours would alternate Friday evenings over a four week cycle (excluding holiday long weekends) and relief hours as needed.**

**Location(s)**:Burlington, occasionally Milton

**Qualifications**:
CYW plus several years experience, or

SSW plus several years experience, or

BSW

The Supervised Parenting Time Program operates weekends only and is a Bargaining Unit position

**Thrive counselling requires staff to be fully vaccinated for Covid 19**

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $21.17-$26.73 per hour
