**Essential Functions**
- Being a kind and decent human being, be your authentic self, promote a safe and inclusive environment
- Provide outstanding customer service by building baskets based on customers needs and recommendations
- Working together as a team, contributing to our FOUR20 culture and ensuring a safe space for all customers and employees
- Manage POS systems for transactions: sales, voids, discounts and promotions
- Responsible for open and close procedures of the store
- Be problem solvers: flexible with unforeseen situations and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
- Curious mindset; continuous learning of Cannabis products, strains, categories and accessories
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and reporting
- Adhering to all regulatory guidelines, company policies and procedures
- Comfortable working independently
- Leverage our best in class in-house cannabis and sales education program.

**Requirements**:

- Must be of legal age and hold a license in the province of the position *Non-negotiable*
- Retail and customer service experience
- Familiarity with point of sale (POS) systems
- Time Management Skills: Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
- Eager to learn and develop
- Ability to work at multiple locations will allow for more hours and development
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Must be physically able to pull, push and carry up to 25 lbs

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Additional pay:
