Are you an experienced roofing professional ready to take your leadership to the next level? We’re looking for a **Metal Roofing Foreman** who exemplifies **professionalism, craftsmanship, and integrity** to lead and train a skilled crew on a variety of high-quality roofing projects.

**About the Role**:
We install metal roofing mainly and also do some metal siding projects. We are a small company of 4-5 guys on site looking to expand.As a Foreman, you’ll be the on-site leader responsible for supervising crew members, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring top-tier workmanship. You’ll play a key role in mentoring others, coordinating with suppliers, and representing our company with clear, confident communication.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and train metal roofing crew members with professionalism and accountability
- Ensure we are able to comply with **safety standards** on all job sites
- Communicate clearly with clients, crew members, and suppliers
- Plan and execute installations efficiently, upholding our company’s reputation for excellence

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum 3 years** of hands-on experience in metal roofing
- **At least 1 year** in a supervisory or foreman role
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- In-depth knowledge of workplace safety and construction practices
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities

Pay: $30.00-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 42 - 45 per week
