**Overview**

**Duties**
- Monitor and manage the daily dispatch operations to ensure efficient routing of freight.
- Schedule drivers for city loads
- Communicate effectively with drivers to provide instructions and updates regarding their routes.
- Utilize transportation management systems and AVAAL, EXPERT software for tracking shipments and managing data.
- Analyze shipment data to optimize delivery schedules and improve overall efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of all dispatch activities, including data entry for shipments and deliveries.
- Provide excellent phone etiquette while interacting with clients, suppliers, and drivers.
- Collaborate with supply chain teams to address any logístical challenges that may arise.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies throughout the dispatch process.

Experience
- Proven experience in a dispatch or logistics role is preferred.
- Must have an experience of load link.
- City Dispatch
- Familiarity with transportation management systems and freight operations is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess situations quickly and make informed decisions.
- Proficient in data entry with attention to detail to maintain accurate records.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, along with strong phone etiquette.
- Experience working within a 3PL (third-party logistics) environment is advantageous.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
