For venues, promoters, and DJs, Probe provides a powerful ecosystem to grow their audience, drive attendance, and monetize their events.
On campus, Probe makes nightlife planning more social and spontaneous. Students can navigate their nights by linking up with others who are also considering going out, making it easier to form groups, plan meet-ups, and enhance the overall experience. Whether through social connections, trending events, or exclusive guest lists, Probe ensures that students make the most out of their nightlife.
Now, we’re looking for a Brand & Community Strategist at Western University to drive student adoption, build partnerships, and make Probe the go-to nightlife platform on campus.
**Role Overview**
We’re seeking a high socially connected and outgoing student at Western University who is deeply involved in student life—whether through Greek life, student organizations, event planning, or social circles. As a Brand & Community Strategist, you will play a crucial role in growing Probe’s user base, forming partnerships with fraternities, sororities, and student-run nightlife groups, and executing creative grassroots marketing strategies.
**Responsibilities**
- User Growth & Community Building
- Promote Probe through your networks, driving downloads and active usage.
- Organize and execute creative on-campus and nightlife activations, pop-ups, and events.
- Leverage social media to build awareness and generate buzz about Probe.
- Partnership Development
- Build relationships with fraternities, sororities, and student organizations to integrate Probe into their events and guest list systems.
- Work with student-run promoters and nightlife groups to bring their events onto Probe.
- Negotiate partnerships and sponsorship opportunities for Probe at key campus events.
- Marketing & Brand Execution
- Strategize and execute campus-specific marketing initiatives, including posters, stickers, and digital campaigns.
- Distribute and promote Probe NFC cards to incentivize sign-ups and engagement.
- Gather insights on campus nightlife trends to refine Probe’s positioning at Western.
**Who You Are**
- A social connector with a strong presence in Western’s student scene, Greek life, or nightlife culture.
- Passionate about nightlife, events, and building communities.
- A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, creative environments.
- Experienced in event planning, marketing, promotions, or student leadership roles (preferred).
- Comfortable using social media to drive engagement and brand awareness.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
