We are currently seeking a **Shipper** to join our Shipping & Transportation Team. **This is a full-time, permanent position on the evening shift. As a team member on the evening shift, you will receive a 12.5% shift premium.**

**Shift: Monday to Thursday, 4:30 PM - 3:00 AM**

- How to build and support the overall production of premium windows and doors for our customers

**You would be responsible to**:

- Be a team player, working with department leadership to run an effective, efficient department
- Inspect units prior to being received, ensuring that units meet quality, packaging and height restrictions and standards
- Scan units prior to storage or loading and insure units are stored and loaded into appropriate bin or van
- Physically transport units to and from the allocated bin
- Ensure units are stored and loaded into the bin or van in the proper order and ensure on
- time completion of the loads
- Train new staff
- Complete regular dock audits
- Build crates for glass and windows
- Flex and cross train as required by leadership
- Other duties as assigned

- Strong mathematical skills
- Ability to read, write and speak English
- Strong focus on safety, quality and precision details
- Ability to frequently lift up to 100 lbs with assistance
- Experience in manufacturing, wood working, carpentry is an asset
