**Your Role**:
A Personal Trainer (PT) represents the Crunch Franchise to members and clients by delivering a positive fitness experience and quality personal training sessions leading to member retention and client’s acquisition and retention.

**Job Summary**:

- Responsible for a clean and well-maintained environment. #SOFRESHANDSOCLEAN-
- Design goal oriented, client specific programs in a timely and safe manner.-
- Schedule all sessions, appointments, and administration time using company systems- Meet minimum company expectations, to include session service targets, Personal Training revenue, supplement/nutritional sales, and overall contributions to club success
