We are currently looking for a cook, experienced or entry level, eager to join our team

This position is asking for more availability during the afternoon/evenings.

Under the supervision of the Sous Chef, this position is responsible for the prep, and execution of cold and basic hot food.

Also responsible for upholding all company standards in grooming and hygiene policies while contributing to a safe and welcoming work environment for all employees.

Key Accountabilities
- Maintain standards set by Executive Chef to ensure quality, and quantity of food production meets expectations.
- Ensure work station is organized, and speed of service is timely.
- Ability to follow standardized recipes to ensure consistent results
- Ability to perform under pressure in a fast pace kitchen environment
- Responsible for storage and rotation of food items
- Flexibility with work schedule depending on operational needs.

Qualification Requirements
- Basic Food Safe certification or equivalent
- Basic understanding of refined cooking techniques
- Willingness to adapt to unique & special requests in order to exceed guest expectations
- Minimum 1 year progressive culinary experience
- European or hotel experience an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $22.00 per hour
