**Job Overview**
**Duties**
- Assist in the preparation of construction sites by clearing debris and hazardous materials
- Load and unload construction materials and tools
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision
- Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled tradespeople to complete assigned tasks
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times
- Support skilled workers in various tasks such as framing, drywall installation, and finishing work
**Experience**
- Previous experience in construction or related fields is required.
- Familiarity with basic hand tools and safety equipment is a plus
- Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)
- Willingness to learn new skills and techniques on the job
**Requirements**:
- Must have a valid drivers license.
- Must have a vehicle.
- Must be fluent in the English Language.
- No foreign applicants please.
