**Job Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated Prep Cook to join our team. The Prep Cook will assist in the preparation of delicious dishes in the kitchen, ensuring excellent quality and presentation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, chopping, and measuring
- Assist in cooking and preparing various menu items
- Follow recipes accurately and maintain food preparation processes
- Ensure all food meets food safety and quality standards
- Keep the kitchen clean and organized at all times
- Assist other kitchen staff as needed

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience working with Greek Cuisine
- Experience cultivating traditional Greek dishes and desserts
- Knowledge of food safety practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Willingness to learn and take direction from the Head Chef or Kitchen Manager
- Fluent in the Greek language is a strong asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $17.40-$22.50 per hour

Expected hours: 18 - 40 per week
