Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Ford Quick Lane Advisor. As a Quick Lane Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking maintenance or repair services for their Ford vehicles. You will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, assessing vehicle needs, and coordinating service appointments.
**Responsibilities**:
Greet customers promptly and courteously upon arrival at the Quick Lane service center.
Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues.
Provide recommendations for maintenance and repairs based on customer needs and vehicle inspections.
Schedule service appointments and communicate service timelines to customers.
Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely completion of work and quality service.
Upsell additional services and products as appropriate.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
**Requirements**:
Previous experience in automotive service or customer service preferred.
Knowledge of Ford vehicles and their maintenance requirements is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in computer systems and software for scheduling and documentation.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
