As a grass & turf crew leader, your role will be crucial in managing your team’s work on the property of Strathmore’s clients

**Major Responsibilities**
- Manage your team members, materials, and equipment so that projects are completed on time according to the specificed standards
- Inspect your vehicle and equipment on a daily basis and drive your team to different sites
- Grass cutting using mowers, tractors, trimmers, and any other related equioment
- Drive your crew members to our clients’ sites and back to our office.
- Train and evaluate your team members.
- Log work orders, crew members hours, and inspection information in the appropriate software

**Requirements**:

- A high school diploma
- At least three years of experience in lawn & turf including one in a supervisory position.
- Speak French and/or English.
- A driver license with a good driver record; must be able to maintain it within good standings.
- Be physically fit and have great endurance.
- Ability to use and maintain necessary equipment safely and responsibly.
- Ability to manage time, ability to work under pressure to deliver major projects on schedule and on budget.
