**Overview**

**Duties**

- Ensure all food handling and preparation complies with food safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations and cooking equipment.
- Assist in meal preparation for other menu items as needed.
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, reporting any shortages to management.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Follow proper food storage procedures to minimize waste and ensure freshness.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in food handling and meal preparation within the food industry, preferably in a restaurant setting.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and kitchen sanitation.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- A passion for cooking and creating delicious meals that satisfy customers.
