**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Assist the General Manager in managing daily operations and staff performance.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction are maintained at all times.
- Supervise and train team members, fostering a positive work environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
- Implement company policies and procedures effectively across all departments.
- Analyze sales reports and operational metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer loyalty.
- Participate in budgeting and financial planning activities alongside the management team.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in a management or supervisory role within the industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and manage time effectively.
- Proficient in using computer systems for reporting and inventory management.
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices is preferred.
