Join our growing team Amico is currently seeking to fill an Intermediate Accounts Payable.
**SUMMARY**
Responsible for verifying, matching, and posting freight bills, invoices, issue payment, expense reports, filing, etc.
**Primary Responsibilities**:
- Freight and Brokerage Bills
- Receiving/invoice posting
- Credit Card Reconciliation
- Sale team Expense Reports
- Labor analysis reports
- Reconciliation of accounts payable & accrual liabilities
- Other tasks assigned by the Finance Manager.
**Job Requirements**:
- Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively interact with a variety of individuals and functions throughout the company
- Computer Proficiency with MS Office Applications. Experience with SAP is an asset.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Ability to manage relationships with vendors and co-workers to ensure vendor satisfaction.
- Must be logical, organized, and have a strong attention to detail.
- At least 2-3 years of accounting experience
- Accounting diploma is a must
- Be professional and good work ethics, can work well with team, good personalities, strong time management skills
**Experience**:
- AP: 3+ years (required)
- General Accounting: 1 year (required)
