**Please note that the Data Entry Clerk role will be a Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm role. It will be based out of our head office in Maple. It will be a 6-month contract position, with the possibility for extension.**

**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Maintains database by entering new and updated customer information.
- Prepares source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information.
- Account system changes and upgrades by inputting new data.
- Verify entered information by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or entering data.
- Calling vendors and confirm business information
- Manage and organize record files
- Handling additional duties from time to time

**Requirements**:

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office Word and Excel
- Detail oriented, and able to multi-task under the pressure of deadlines
- Front interpersonal skills and communication skills
- Customer service experience is considered an asset
- Strong computer skills, including typing
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Proven ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada - no work permit sponsorship is available for this position.
