**Job Description**:
We are looking for a QA Engineer with expertise in Azure DevOps & Python to join our dynamic

automated testing processes, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products within

Healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, implement, and maintain automated test scripts within Azure DevOps pipelines
- Scripting & Tooling: Create and maintain test scripts using Python and integrate with testing

tools like Selenium or Pytest for automated test execution.
- Automation Framework Development: Design and implement automated testing

frameworks using Python, ensuring scalability and maintainability.
- Create reusable automation libraries and modules to enhance testing efficiency.
- CI/CD Integration: Leverage Azure DevOps for continuous integration and continuous

deployment (CI/CD) to streamline testing processes and improve release cycles.
- Test Strategy & Planning: Develop comprehensive test strategies, including functional,

regression, and performance testing, to ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Collaborate with development teams to define testing requirements and establish quality

standards.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards (eg. HIPAA).
- Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing to identify and resolve defects.
- Monitor and report on testing progress and results, providing actionable insights to

stakeholders.
- Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in the

QA process.
- Familiarity with API testing tools (eg. SoapUI, Postman) and methods (REST/SOAP)

Qualifications:

- Proven experience with Azure DevOps for CI/CD and test automation.
- Strong proficiency in Python.
- Familiarity with testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Pytest).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
