Centre Assistant

**Qualifications**:

- Be extremely organised
- Be determined to learn new concepts and be open to new ways of doing things
- Have experience working with children and/or an educational environment
- Be punctual and reliable
- Be mature and looking for a long-term commitment
- Be an excellent communicator orally and in writing
- Proficiency in English is required, but additional languages will be considered a significant asset

**Responsibilities Include**:

- Dealing with students and parents and ensuring smooth centre operations
- Goal setting for increased productivity and improved delivery of service
- Implementing new processes for training/centre flow/organization
- Maintaing student lists, schedules and contact information
- Managing tuition collection
- Reporting to the Chief Assistant & Centre Director for specific duties and assignments on an ongoing basis
- Tracking supplies and inventory

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $15.75-$18.00 per hour
