Degree or Diploma in**Health Sciences Profession (CLXT, MRT, RN, etc.) with active registration and current licensure with the applicable national and/or provincial regulatory body.
One year of recent and relevant experience as a health care professional performing ECGs in a clinical setting.
Ability to effectively engage students in learning complex topics through lectures, labs, one-on-one support, and constructive feedback.
Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
Effective interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Commitment to excellence in teaching, collaboration, and inclusive education.
Ability to function as a team member in an ever-changing environment.
Demonstrated competence and recent experience in MS Office Suite, educational software, and the ability to learn and adapt to changing technology.
