**AGTA Home Health Care Simcoe County** is dedicated to providing the highest quality, 24-hour Home Health care in Ontario. We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Workers to assist our clients who require assistance in their homes. **For this position we require a PSW who is willing to work in the Collingwood, ON., and surrounding areas.**

**Personal Support Workers responsibilities and duties**:

- Provide assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, companionship (ADL's), and completing other tasks as required
- Meal preparation
- Assistance with mobility issues and transfers
- Palliative care, Companionship
- Light housekeeping-Duties in clients households such as cleaning, washing dishes, and laundry

**Qualifications**:

- **PSW Certificate, DSW Diploma, RPN/RN Students **(Some Requirements)
- **Vulnerable Sector Check **completed/or in process of completing
- **CPR/AED/First Aid Level C or higher**:

- **Drivers License and reliable vehicle **(considered an asset)
- **Experience working in community care as a Personal Support Worker is a definite asset**
