**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Provide exceptional customer service at the front desk, greeting visitors and answering inquiries.
- Assist with administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
- Utilize Google Suite for creating and managing documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Maintain organization and ensure supplies are stocked.
- Type correspondence, reports, and other documents efficiently.
- Maintain inventory levels and order inventory as needed.
- Clean the spa as needed.
- Fulfill online orders and prepare for shipping.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
- Strong proofreading skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with DocuSign for electronic document management is a plus.
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is advantageous.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $20.28-$23.42 per hour

Expected hours: 15 per week
