**Part-Time Bookkeeper / Accounting Technician**

**GrayRock Contracting Inc. - Pincher Creek**
**$25.00 per hour** - Part-time
**Schedule: Mondays & Wednesdays, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM**

**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Process and reconcile accounts payable and receivable
- Generate and issue invoices for clients
- Administer QuickBooks Payroll and handle reimbursements
- Manage IFTA reporting
- Track overdue accounts and assist in collections
- Maintain clean and accurate records in QuickBooks Online (QBO)
- Prepare reports and summaries for internal use
- Support budgeting, job costing, and month-end processes

**Qualifications**
- Bookkeeping or accounting experience
- Previous work in an accounting firm is preferred
- Proficient in QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Payroll
- Knowledge of IFTA reporting (asset)
- Familiarity with construction accounting (asset, not required)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
