The incumbent of the position will have the following duties:
Clean windows, ceilings and walls;
Sweep, wipe, scrub and wax the floors of the corridors, the parquet floors and the stairs;
Vacuum common areas and corridors;
Maintain the exterior grounds, particularly in terms of weeding;
Carry out internal waste collection and take the containers to the street;
Maintain the building so that it is safe and welcoming for residents;
Clean and disinfect bathrooms;
Act as a site supervisor when required;
Provide assistance to people in difficulty.

**Requirements**:
Hold a high school diploma (asset);
Have six (6) months of experience in a similar position (asset);
Be able to lift and/or push various equipment;
Ability to exert moderate and constant physical effort throughout the shift;
Ability to intervene quickly in situations where the safety of a resident is at stake;
Be available for variable hours.

Demonstrate autonomy;
Have the ability to work in a team and cooperate;
Be meticulous and have an eye for detail;
Have a warm approach towards customers.

Pay: $19.64-$24.80 per hour
