SUMMARY OF THE ROLE:
**EMD Manager**

Our entire business depends on access to equipment that is well-maintained and safe to use -wherever and whenever we need it. As an EMD Manager you will be responsible for ensuring this is the case for **_300+ _**assets currently operating out of our businesses across the Canada Eest region

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

- Responsible for the maintenance of **_300+_** assets
- Day-to-day leadership of supervisors, technicians and department staff.
- Monitoring / opening / closing work orders
- Manages quality of the work performed, also attending to cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
- Preparing quotes for customers
- Supports and enables collaboration between equipment, operations and project teams

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

- Previous Heavy duty mechanical experience. Automotive / Gas experience may be considered
- Previous management / supervisory experience (departments over 20 people)
- Previous factory training
- 10 years industry relative experience in Cranes and or Transport
- Warehousing and parts room experience
- Completed post-secondary education
