Ocean Ridge Group is actively seeking a meticulous and innovative **Digital Marketing Coordinator **to join our team. This role requires an individual with a profound understanding of social media dynamics and a proven track record in devising and implementing successful digital marketing strategies
This is a full-time in person position in Mississauga. We offer a fantastic work culture, great work benefits and flexible time off
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute social media plans and campaigns in alignment with Ocean Ridge’s goals and objectives.
- Create compelling and engaging content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Monitor and manage Ocean Ridge’s social media accounts, including daily interaction with followers, responding to comments and messages, and addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all social media channels.
- Analyze social media metrics and insights to track performance, identify trends, and optimize strategies for increased reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Stay updated on social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to continuously improve Ocean Ridge’s social media presence and stay ahead of the curve.
- Support the development of multimedia content, including graphics, videos, and infographics, to complement social media campaigns and initiatives.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to coordinate social media efforts for events, fundraisers, and awareness campaigns.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field.
- Video Editing & Content Creating Experience (ex. Premier Pro, Canva, Descript, CapCut etc)
- Proven work experience (2+ years) in social media
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a creative flair for storytelling and content creation.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for design, aesthetics, and brand consistency.
- Familiarity with social media advertising, including paid campaigns and boosted posts, is an asset.
