**What You'll Do**:

- Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing and potential suppliers, ensuring a steady stream of service providers.
- Negotiate competitive rates and secure the best deals on behalf of our clients.
- Schedule and coordinate all incoming service calls promptly and professionally.
- Ensure timely and accurate communication throughout the process.
- Handle customer concerns and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
- Manage communications within your assigned territories, maintaining clear and consistent updates.
- A minimum of 1 year of 3PL dispatching experience or relevant experience in freight brokerage/third-party logistics.
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to secure the best pricing.
- A passion for relationship-building and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with tools like Salesforce (Revenova), Load Link, or similar platforms is a plus.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
