**Job Description**:

- Responsible for the coordination and planning of projects which includes project plan and monitoring and tracking of project progress and ensure projects are delivered on-time within scope and budget
- Participate in strategic partner meetings and gather information and follow-up on any action items
- Establish and maintain partnerships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare any reporting using KPI's and measure project performance using various tools and techniques
- Oversee national reporting for strategic partner marketing spends, quarterly credit memos and VIP program
- Provide any support to the Business Development team which may include archiving, expense reports and bookings

**Qualifications**:

- University or College degree in Business, Commerce or related discipline
- Must have at least 2 years’ experience in an office environment; experience in coordinating projects is a definite asset
- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, analytical, and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to effectively collaborate and build relationships with both internal and external partners
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Outlook)
