Fastik is a growing label and packaging printing manufacturing company with locations in Canada and the United States which services a diverse customer base. Our products include lidding film, lumber tags, flexible packaging, wicket bags, window labels, and adhesive labels.

We are a dynamic manufacturing company committed to excellence, innovation and food safety. We are seeking an experienced **Laminator Operator** to join our Production operations team.

**Job Duties**:

- Operate the label printing and lamination machine efficiently and safely
- Load materials onto the laminator, ensuring proper alignment and adherence to quality standards.
- Check product quality consistently, ensure the best product quality
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Keep accurate records of production data, including materials used, production rates, and any issues encountered.

**Qualifications**:

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a manufacturing setting
- Proficiency in operating power tools and machinery
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Excellent English communications skills (spoken and written)

**Other**:

- **Monday to Thursday, 2:00pm to 12:30am**:

- 10-hour shifts
- Applicants must be legally able to work in Canada and reside in the lower mainland.

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
