**What does your day look like at Edon?**
- Operate a variety of equipment (lawn mower, trimmer, hedge pruner, skid steer, truck with a snowplow, sweeper, blower, etc.)
- Perform tasks in snow removal and landscaping such as snow plowing, sweeping, blowing, shoveling, mowing, trimming, etc.
- Plant trees, shrubs, bulbs, grass and other plants
- Install landscaping materials
- Assist in irrigation system installations and maintenance
- Respond to service requests and emergencies
- Portray a favourable image of the organization as a front-line contact with clients/tenants
- Perform regular inspections of the building grounds to ensure curb-side appearance is in accordance with contract and Edon’s standards
**What do you need to succeed?**
- Minimum two years’ grounds experience
- Completed Grade 12 education
- Good command of the English language (written and verbal)
- Valid Driver’s License and clean Driver’s Abstract
- Strong customer care and communication skills
