Responsibilities:

- Assist with recruiting and hiring new employees
- Provide support to the sales team by assisting with customer inquiries and transactions
- Conduct interviews and assist with the selection process for new hires
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members
- Help with organizing and maintaining inventory and stock levels
- Assist with cashiering duties as needed
- Support store management in daily operations
- Collaborate with sales management to achieve sales targets

Qualifications:

- Bilingual proficiency in [Language]
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required

**Salary**: $23.00-$24.00 per hour
