**Essential duties and responsibilities**:
executing all menu items while meeting presentation and timing standards while assisting others in the kitchen
- able to work closely with other cooks and/or servers to meet the guests’ needs
- able to attend work reliably
- able to follow instructions in prepping meats & food from scratch
- carry out all duties assigned by the Head Chef
- perform any and all other job-related tasks assigned by management
**Skills, knowledge, experience, and qualifications**:
- minimum 2 years of comprehensive experience in a busy, full-service kitchen required
- food safe level 1
- maintain good sanitation and cleaning habits throughout each shift daily
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- ability to communicate effectively
- ability to safely, lift, pull, push or carry approximately 40 pounds
- superior organizational skills
- proven previous experience as an independent worker and team building player
- proven ability to multi-task and take direction well
- proven safe work and reliable attendance record required
- Mexican cooking experience is preferred but not required

Part-time hours: 20-40 per week
**Salary**: $19.00-$27.00 per hour
