**A typical staging day for the Team**:
Meet at property, unpack bins, assist in laying rugs, and unwrap furniture. Ensure movers are working quickly and smoothly and placing furniture pieces in their respective rooms. Then, in general order: make beds per company’s esthetic, hang art as designated, place accessories, wipe down glass, assist lead stager as needed, take photos if owner is not present, and pack up.

**A typical de-staging day**:
Arrive at property to pack up accessories in bins w/bubble wrap. Deconstruct bedding and place in respective storage bags, take down and pack sheers and shower curtains (if used) and ensure movers wrap all furniture and art as needed. Collect nails/hooks from walls. Ensure no inventory or mess is left behind. Lights out, doors locked.

This is a contractor role so you will need to provide an invoice every couple of weeks to be paid. You must be willing to work a flexible schedule and expect busy weeks and slower weeks that may range anywhere from approximately 4 to 25-hrs or more, depending. Arrival time when meeting at the property is generally anywhere from 10am - 11:30am depending on location and size.

**Requirements**:

- Certified, 1-2 years of experience with a strong eye for style & detail
- fully committed to working flexible hours and be available on-call
- must own a vehicle and carry a valid driver’s license
- must be fast-paced, able to work under pressure, follow instructions and be highly organized
- able to work both independently and as part of a team
- personable and professional with a positive attitude
- able to manage/direct moving crew when working solo
- detail oriented, adaptable and flexible
- physically fit and able to lift bins, small accent furniture, etc.
