We are hiring for a Full-Time/Part-Time Line Cook position with a wage range of $15.00 - $20.00 at our location in Fort Saskatchewan, AB.
**Job Duties/Responsibilities**:

- Cook and prepare a variety of food according to production guidelines and standardized recipes
- Prepare ingredients by measuring, weighing, mixing, chopping, trimming, and peeling food products
- Maintain a clean and sanitized workstation
- Properly prepare and store food by adhering to food safety policies and procedures
- Handling customer service inquiries and providing an exceptional customer experience
- Embrace and champion the use of real ingredients to produce real food

**What you Bring**:

- Knowledge of the basic principles of food preparation, smokehouse cooking, various cooking methods, and food safety regulations
- Experience as a prep or line cook is preferred
- Warm and welcoming personality
- Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
- Comfortable working during peak food-retail hours (i.e. evenings, daytime, weekends, and holidays)
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50lbs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
