**Full-time or Part-time Painter Commercial/Residential**

**Compensation**:
$30 - $40 hourly

**Responsibilities**:

- Overall management of interior and exterior painting projects
- Delivery of an extraordinary experience to our customers
- Lead a crew of painters and represent the Rite Painters and Reno brand with pride on the job site
- Complete projects according to work orders in a timely and professional fashion
- Complete jobs in an efficient and timely fashion
- Inspect work for the highest quality
- Complete work orders and other required tasks
- Follow all safety policies and procedures
- Ensure that required documentation is complete and is in compliance with regulations and standards

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in painting or other related fields
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience verifiable through references
- Familiarity with painting tools and equipment
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Ability to independently solve problems
- Customer service-oriented, you like getting a job done right
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Highly organized and self-motivated
- Quality conscious and detail-oriented
- Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record
- Must be willing to undergo and pass a criminal background check
- Must be able to do basic drywall repairs
- Must be clean and tidy
- Must have all the necessary tools and equipment
- Must have a vehicle
- Must have a smartphone and basic computer skills since that’s how we dispatch our orders.
- Must have WSIB (Subcontractors)
- Must have Liability Insurance (Subcontractors)
- Must have a Business Licence to operate in Ontario (Subcontractors)
- Must have a Registered HST Number (Subcontractors)
