MUFG Fund Services (Ireland) Limited is fully licensed by the Central Bank of Ireland to act as a Fund Administration service provider and is part of MUFG's Investor Services Group.
**Job Description**:
This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic, fast growing organization in a hugely successful fund administration company. The successful applicant will work as part of the Product Management team, working on high priority company initiatives across the Fund Administration business.
**Core Responsibilities**:
- Document complex business processes and perform process reviews
- Gather and define business requirements from multiple stakeholders for development and implementation
- Manage test activities, identify issues, and follow through to resolution
- Creation and updates of deliverables
- Escalation of delays and prompt communication of any emerging risks and challenges
- Identification of risks and propose possible solutions on the same
- Creation of user training manuals and supporting documentation
- Provide support for end-users on a daily basis by monitoring user helpdesk
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, third parties, as well as with other business groups across MUFG
- Ensure deadlines are met
- Perform other duties as assigned
**Qualifications**:
- Ability to effectively communicate
- Ability to work with a high level of precision in a fast paced environment
- The ability to work well independently as well as within a team framework
- Have a strong work ethic
- Strong analytical skills
- BS/BA in Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting
- MS Office skills and be proficient in MS Visio
- 2-4 years' experience in Business Analysis
- Performed a similar role.
- Working knowledge of Fund Administration/banking workflows is an asset
