**All positions within GHHS require**:

- Experience in long term care setting
- Recognized PSW certificate and verification (e.g. NACC, etc.)
- Vulnerable Sector Check and 2 step TB or chest x-ray within 6 months
- Immunization records (MMR, Varicella, tDap, Hepatitis B an asset)
- COVID passport with QR showing at least 3 doses of the vaccine
- Current N95 and CPR certificates

**Salary**: $29.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekend availability
