Chief Financial Officer

**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute the financial strategy, objectives, and goals of the organization, aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Drive financial performance through effective management of key financial metrics, financial controls, and risk management.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to the executive team and board of directors, supporting decision-making and driving business growth.
- Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including investors, lenders, and regulatory bodies, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements.
- Develop and lead a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Manage treasury functions, including cash flow management, liquidity planning, debt financing, and investment strategies.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify potential risks and opportunities for the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate and execute mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships, conducting financial due diligence and integrating financial systems and processes.
- Stay updated on relevant financial and accounting standards, regulations, and best practices, ensuring compliance and recommending process improvements as needed.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. A Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or finance is highly preferred.
- CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) designation is required.
- Proven experience as a CFO or senior finance leadership role within the consumer finance industry.
- Strong financial acumen and a solid understanding of financial operations, including accounting principles, financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Demonstrated experience in treasury management, cash flow analysis, and capital structure optimization.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide strategic financial insights and recommendations.
- Strong leadership and people management abilities, with a track record of building and leading high-performing finance teams.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in mergers, acquisitions, and financial due diligence is a plus.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements within the consumer finance industry.
