We are currently recruiting for a **Sales Support Associate **to work in its Global Headquarters located in Acton, ON, Canada.

**Job/Position Summary**:
Reporting to the Sales Support Team Leader, the Sales Support Associate is responsible for providing sales administration support directly to a dedicated group of Territory Managers. The** Sales Support Associate **is accountable for supporting territory managers in all functions pertaining to sales and the sales process. The SSA identifies and helps resolve issues with orders. This individual is highly organized, detail-oriented, and analytical with superior problem-solving skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support for territory managers in activities such as validating product information, forecasting, training, tracking purchase orders (POs) and/or samples/orders, logo orders, made-to-order, and performing stock checks.
- Work with marketing and territory manager/distributor to ensure product assets and materials are accurate and in place (images and descriptions on websites, presentations, flyers etc.)
- Work with all internal departments and follow up on resolution of escalated issues to communicate back to Territory Managers
- Generating and reviewing sales (Power BI) and/or inventory reports to better support the customer and to understand the environment
- Run regular reports to monitor stock / inventory for large accounts
- Provide Salesforce and Power BI reporting support, assisting territory managers with entries and SOPs
- Pre-qualify new distributor accounts for Territory Manager to review & follow up
- Act as support for customers/distributors in qualifying, providing information, and creating new accounts.
- Respond to sample requests from active customers as needed
- Assist with set up of new distributor accounts by providing information to Finance
- Escalate Projects: Prototypes and production of new gloves for end users and coordinate sample requests for customers as needed by Territory Managers
- Respond to incoming inquiries transferred from Customer Service for assigned territory
- Document new processes as required
- Other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Familiar with CRM and ERP systems
- Minimum two (2) years experience in Administration / three (3) years experience Customer Service / Call Centre support
- Intermediate level of proficiency with MS Suite (MS Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Intermediate knowledge of CRM (Salesforce) and related sales activities.
- Strong attention to detail with accurate data entry skills
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
- Highly organized with Excellent project management skills
- Effective time management skills
- Team player, but also self-driven with a proven skill to build strong working relationships across all levels of the organization
- Good analytical and problem-solving
- Strong sense of urgency with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
- Motivated individual who always thinks in a positive proactive manner with a focus on continuous improvement
- Follow and adhere to the company’s policies and procedures
