**Concord Confections, **the manufacturer of Dubble Bubble gum and other fine candy products has immediate openings for full-time **Packaging Machine Operators. **Positions are on the night shift.

**Responsibilities**
- Complete pre-start inspections as per procedure;
- Ensure all materials are available to run as per the schedule;
- Read and follow packaging specifications;
- Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and safe food handling practices;
- Maintain compliance to product specifications and characteristics;
- Make minor adjustments, troubleshoot and monitor all stages of the operation;
- Collect, confirm and verify each line report;
- Ensure equipment is operated according to company safety rules and regulations;
- Follow safe food preparation and handling practices;
- Check raw materials identification and traceability;
- Ensuring the work area is clean and tidy including sanitation of equipment;
- Monitor machine and equipment performance;
- Monitor metal detectors;
**Knowledge / Skills / Abilities**
- Read and understand all product specifications
- Able to work in a fast paced manufacturing environment
- Able to lift up to 30 lbs.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $21.78 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Overtime
