**Job Summary**
Within the context of a client service culture and in accordance with established vision and values of the organization, works as part of an interdisciplinary team to provide intake and admin related duties. Our busy, client-focused office needs a reliable, well-organized Clinic Receptionist/Admin Assistant to handle day-to-day operations with a focus on efficiency and time management. Clinic Receptionist/Admin Assistant will be responsible for answering calls and managing the front desk, managing, and maintaining the electronic medical records database, maintaining administrative procedures, inventory control, assisting with year end reports and statistical data. The Clinic Receptionist/Admin Assistant will report to the office manager. We’re looking for an energetic person who doesn’t mind wearing multiple hats,
**Terms**:
- Full-Time 37.5 - 40 hours per week OR Part-Time - 20 hours per week
- Salary: $22-$30 ph., commensurate with experience

**Specific Skills**:
- Greet clients
- Register clients according to established protocols
- Assist clients to complete necessary forms
- Inform clients of procedures and policies
- Maintain client records
- Preparing and distributing weekly Meeting Minutes
- Maintain/schedule client appointments
- Answer incoming calls and deal with inquiries
- Transfer calls as required
- Collate & report statistics as required
- Respond and comply to requests for information
- Deal with incoming and outgoing posts/deliveries
- Must be able to handle heavy deliveries/orders
- Order and maintain inventory of Naloxone kits and office supplies
- Complete other office administrative duties as required
- Ensure reception area is well maintained, neat and clean
- Safeguard client privacy and confidentiality
- Strong computer skills good working knowledge of databases and office systems
**Asset**
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite of products including MS Teams
- Experience providing front-line services to marginalized populations
- Experience with community outreach is desirable
- Excellent organizational skills, with strong ability to multitask and problem-solve
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
