Your Tasks:

- Provide end to end support to the Strategic Procurement Teamin the Supplier Management Process, including contract negotiation, qualification, selection, evaluation, development, and classification.
- Assist in the maintenance, organization, and distribution of procurement records and information (procurement procedures, policies, price lists, contracts, supplier evaluations etc.).
- Analyze and create procurement data reports using Excel and PowerPoint.
- Request for quotes and analyze for Total Cost of Ownership including cost calculations and comparisons.
- Manage the vendor setup process.

**Requirements**:

- Student must be working towards an undergraduate degree in Bachelor of Commerce or Business Administration and must be in their 2nd year or higher.
- Experience working with Microsoft Office suite, particularly MS-PowerPoint and
- MS Excel is an asset.
- Excellent spoken and written, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong time-management and organizational skills.
- Self-driven, resourceful, and has a strong work ethic to achieve goals independently and work well in groups.
